The business of Tradintek PJSC is the sale, installation, adjustment, and service of medical equipment. The company started its operation in 1999. The top priority of our company is the highest ethical standards. Tradintek PJSC adheres to the values of the company and applies a strict Code of Business Ethics to all its managers and employees, intermediaries, representatives, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers, with no exceptions. This Code provides for zero tolerance for corruption, bribery, potential gifts, tax relief, support for political power or any support for political initiatives, and defines ethical, transparent, and socially responsible activities, as well as respect for human rights.
Employees of Tradintek PJSC, noticing a possible violation of the provisions of the Code, must take measures to prevent the violation and inform the persons responsible about these violations. Violations can be reported anonymously at pasitikejimas@tradintek.com. Confidentiality and data protection are guaranteed to all persons who report possible violations of the Code. Reporting violations of the Code is not subject to any sanction, and whistleblowers are also protected from threats of any retaliation.
Every new employee of Tradintek PJSC is required to attend Code training, which is repeated every year for all employees of the company, without exception. The company itself annually assesses the situation related to compliance with the provisions of the Code of Business Ethics.
Tradintek PJSC strictly adheres to the provisions of financial fairness and openness, committing not to hide income, pay all due taxes fairly, and ensure accurate and correct financial accounting. Tradintek PJSC submits all reports and notifications to the relevant state institutions in a timely manner in accordance with the legislation in force in the Republic of Lithuania. The financial statements and other information related to the company are publicly available on the websites of these institutions. Tradintek PJSC was positively recognized by the Credit Office CreditInfo Lietuva for its transparency and responsibility when submitting financial statements.
There are no legal entities among the shareholders of Tradintek PJSC. Tradintek PJSC does not belong to any association, has no subsidiaries or associates. Over the last three years, we have invested 380 thousand euros in fixed assets throughout Lithuania.
